You are the expert on your own life. It’s about time you feel that way.
Insurance & Payment
Therapy is an investment in yourself, your relationships, and your well-being. I strive to make this process as accessible and transparent as possible.
Insurance
I am an in-network provider and accept most major insurances.
For clients who prefer not to have a permanent diagnosis on their medical records, paying out-of-pocket may be the most protected alternative. I can provide the necessary documentation for you to submit to your insurance company if you choose to seek reimbursement.
Before scheduling, I recommend calling your insurance provider to confirm your benefits and ask about any out-of-network coverage.
Most services are also eligible for reimbursement with a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
If payment presents a barrier, I am open to discussing a plan that works for both of us and, if needed, connecting you with additional resources.
Therapy Rates & Payment Methods
50-minute session before 5pm: $175
50-minute session at 5pm or later: $200
50-minute session on weekends: $200
If a longer session is required, I bill in 15-minute increments based on the corresponding hourly rate.
Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit/debit cards, HSA, and FSA cards. An authorization form must be on file to secure your session.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee, whether you are self-pay or using insurance.
Good Faith Estimate
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges if you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance.
You will receive a written estimate at least one business day before your appointment.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services.
If your bill is $400 or more above your estimate, you may dispute the charge.
